2017年4月8日，印度商工部发布公告称，对原产于或进口自中国的釉面/无釉/玻璃釉瓷砖（Glazed/Unglazed Porcelain/Vitrified tiles）作出反倾销肯定性终裁，裁决对中国涉案产品征收0~1.87美元/平方米的反倾销税，税率详见附表一。涉案产品的印度海关税目为6907、6908和6914。
2015年10月13日，印度商工部发布公告称，应ujarat Granito Manufacturers Association和Sabarkantha District Ceramic Association 提交的申请，决定对原产于或进口自中国的瓷砖启动反倾销立案调查。本案的倾销调查期2014年4月1日~2015年3月31日，产业损害调查期为2011年4月~2012年3月、2012年4月~2013年3月、2013年4月~2014年3月及本次倾销调查期。2016年3月11日，印度商工部发布公告称，对该案作出反倾销肯定性初裁。
